Was established in 2008, Changzhou JiangYao Special Tools Co. Ltd is specialized in designing and manufacturing standard and non-standard metal cutting tools(end mills, drills, saw blade cutters and boring cutters...etc. ), especially professionalized in cartridge valve cavity tools to match industrial standard including SUN,HYDRAFORCE, HYDAC, Rexroth, EATON and PARKER…etc. series as well as any custom cavities. With rich experience in cutter manufacturing field and equipped with advanced high precision grinding machines (Walter, Anca, Cylindrical&Profile grinder…etc.) and Parlec measurement instrument, we can provide one-stop solution to customers for any machining issue especially in fluid power manufacturing. Our products have been widely used in construction machinery, automotive and military industry with serving more than 100+ customers from domestic and worldwide due to our high quality, high efficient, short leadtime and competitive price.

We stock extensive range of cavity tools and porting tools

1. Thru coolant is optional as per customer request

2. TiN and TiAlN coating is an option

3. Both Morse shank and straight shank are available

4. HSS-Cobalt, Carbide tipped or Solid Carbide tools are available

5. Any custom cavities can be tool designed and manufactured as long as cavity drawing is provided

6. General leadtime is 7~10 days
